EARLY BIRD DEADLINE November 16th: $135 Member/ $235 Non Member
FINAL DEADLINE, November 30th: $160 Member/ $260 Non Member 


ELIGIBLE PARTICIPANTS:
Boys 3rd Grade through 8th Grade


TEAM FORMATION:
BOYS 3rd-6th Grade
A Skills Assessment will be held (Date TBD) and teams will be formed based on an even distribution of skill levels.

BOYS 7th-8th Grade
Full, pre - formed teams will be accepted in the 7th/8th grade Super Senior Division only. School teams are welcome to register. There will not be a skills assessment for this age group.


SEASON INFO:

PRACTICES begin the week of January 3rd
ROUND ROBIN TOURNAMENT will be held Friday, January 8th-Sunday, January 10th
GAMES will begin January 16th

Game day for all divisions is SATURDAY.


PLAYING UP:
Participants with a higher skill level or experience may "play-up" in an older division
with the permission of the WAYA Program Director.



Financial Aid Policy:
To obtain financial assistance, please complete the financial assistance form available at WAYA. With this request you must include proof of financial need in the form of a tax return or other proof of annual income.

Cancellation Policy:
In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given to those that cancel their registration prior to the registration deadline. Once the registration deadline has passed, a processing fee of $25 will be retained by the West Austin Youth Association. After the first game, registration is closed and refunds will not be awarded. Special cases must be approved by the Executive Director and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be given for any reason after the season has ended.
