PRACTICES 
The Developmental/Pee Wee division will practice before games. Practices for the Minor division will be held once a week on either Saturdays or Sundays. The coaches will have the option of choosing his or her practice time at the coaches meeting.

TEAM FORMATION 
WAYA will make every effort to form teams of equal talent.  In addition, requests will be considered in team formation.  Please be sure to note your requests on the registration form.  This in no way guarantees that WAYA will be able to fulfill your request.  

*Pre-formed teams: players must register individually. Coaches should email a complete roster to programmanager@waya.org.  


*There is a minimum of 10 players and a maximum of 12 players per team.

 
CHOOSING YOUR DIVISION
 
Players should be registered for their current grade level for the 2015-2016 school year. 

PLAYING UP 
Participants with a higher skill level or experience may "play-up" in an older division with the permission of the WAYA Athletic Director.


 
FINANCIAL AID POLICY 

To obtain financial assistance, please complete the financial assistance form available at WAYA. With this request you must include proof of financial need in the form of a tax return or other proof of annual income.

CANCELLATION POLICY 

In the event of cancellation, a full refund will be given to those that cancel their registration prior to the registration deadline. Once the registration deadline has passed, a processing fee of $25 will be retained by the West Austin Youth Association. After the first game, registration is closed and refunds will not be awarded. Special cases must be approved by the Executive Director and will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
